  • Custom orders are unique and non-returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing

Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability or production factors.

3. Quotes & Deposits

Quotes are valid for a limited time as stated in the proposal.

Custom projects may require:

  • A non-refundable design deposit
  • A production deposit
  • Progress payments
  • Final payment prior to delivery

Specific terms will be outlined in individual project agreements.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders
  • Limit quantities
  • Correct pricing errors

In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel or adjust the order prior to fulfillment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates.

WoodLab is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Damage occurring after delivery acceptance
  • Improper handling after installation

Inspection upon delivery is the customer’s responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including:

  • Photography
  • Designs
  • Logos
  • Text
  • Product concepts

Is the property of WoodLab LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Custom designs remain the intellectual property of WoodLab unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WoodLab shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Delays outside our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

8. Warranties

Products are provided “as is” except as expressly stated in writing.

Natural wood movement, checking, and environmental response are not considered defects.

Specific care instructions must be followed to maintain warranty coverage.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Idaho.
